We are excited to announce that the Cherokee Chiefs Alumni Team will be playing the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni Team in an ice hockey game at the Flyer’s Skate Zone in Voorhees, NJ. The game will take place from 3:40 – 5:10pm. After the game, come and join the players at the Victory Sports Bar & Grill, 795 Route 73, West Berlin, NJ from 6 – 8pm, for food and drink.
Tickets to the Alumni Game and Victory Sports Bar & Grill are $30. Tickets to ONLY the Alumni Game, are $15. Tickets to ONLY the Victory Sports Bar & Grill are $20. Admission to the Victory Sports Bar & Grill will include hot and cold food buffet and wine, beer and soda. There will be numerous autographed items from all sports, and baskets up for auction.

The Flyers alumni team will include greats Joe Watson, Bob Kelly, Brian Propp, Terry Carkner, Frank Bialowas, Todd Fedoruk, Dave MacIsaac, Mark Freer, and (maybe) Brad Marsh..
Proceeds from this event will benefit The National Meningitis Association, and the USA Wounded Warriors and Wings of Steel Ice Hockey programs.

This Memorial Fund has been established in the name of Jeff Burd to honor his life and memory. General Donations made to this endowment will be used to provide charitable contributions in Jeff’s name to organizations that work to increase awareness of meningococcal disease and the vaccines available to combat this disease, as well as provide support to individuals who have been affected by this disease.
How Your Donations Are Used
In the past 3 years, we have applied your donations to the following charitable organizations: National Meningitis Association and Meningitis Angels. Both of these organizations were started by moms whose child was affected by meningococcal disease. Both of these organizations have been a tremendous source of support to the entire Burd family.
Donations received in conjunction with the Jeff Burd Memorial Fund Walk for Meningitis Awareness will specifically benefit the following organizations:
